It`s strange what games are hard to find, no reason and certainly a 2-0 win over palace in what in the end was a disappointing season for us is hardly memorable.
I`ve got 2 games left that i were at that i`ve never managed to get a programme for, but there were reasons for both, an early round league cup game v. charlton in 1972 that probably didn`t have the usual amount printed and an England B game v. the swiss 1991 at of all places walsall.... of course because of a few Sheffield lads in the England side a good deal of locals, myself included, took a trip down and the crowd exceeded all expectations, and alas the programmes were gone by time i`d finished the pre match pint or two.
But Palace at home 2009?. hmmm, no reason why a few Blades shouldn`t have that hanging around doing nowt !!!.
Yes Dad`s are gems and are well worth any effort.
