So the dopey Tommy cooper clone has finally taken the hint & fallen on his glass, bottle, bottle glass.
I actually for once totally side with him in the fact he should be able to pick whoever he wants for captain, but it`s pretty obvious the FA (odd the FA being so stupid) knew they`d stuffed up before the last world cup by extending his contract.
He killed every chance we had for success at that last world cup, leaving quick players like Walcott, Jags etc. at home & taking meandering oafs like Carragher, upson, ledley king, turning us into one of the quickest sides into.... er, the arthritic old folks walking dead XI...
unforgivable, he should`ve gone then.
Harry the twitch or Martin O`Neill look our best bets for success... so we will end up with Curbishley or some other west ham scudamore brooking yes man.
