Hmmm, so we have Roy Hodgson running the England set up.
Nice bloke, was badly treated at liverpool.... But bugger me, it`s another Ron Greenwood isn`t it??, a step up fom steve Mclaren , but then our old dinner lady at woodseats junior had one up on that fool, & she`s been dead for a few year.
I want a bit of mongrel in a manager, not another nice yes man. Redknapp would`ve been ok, so would O`Neill, maybe if we wanted to go the johnny foreigner way ,Mourinho... With all 3 of these men you`d still fancy your chances even if you`re 1or 2 behind, they have tactics & passon.
With Hodgson i see lots of 0-0 draws at fulham, liverpool & WBA, i don`t see many comebacks, i see a conservative plan to negate to opposition first & foremost & not a lot of attacking flair.
The FA always go the safe, boring option. Finally we cast off 2 boring foreign managers brought up on italian shite, only to fall back into the ron greenwood trap of nice losers.
There goes any off season fun at the euros
