I've probably got too much time on my hands today, but I've knocked up a spreadsheet that calculates (using guesstimates) first team squad wages. I've been very generous with the wages and I'm having problems getting the yearly wage bill to go above £6M. I know we've been told that the players wages are in excess of £9M and if true, some players must be earning £10k-£15k a week, which I don't think they will be. If anyone wants a copy of the spreadsheet to tinker with, please email me jrbond@nildram.co.uk and I'll send a copy onto you.
