Yes, twice in fact.

In 1988 Brian Deane and Tony Agana both scored hat-tricks in a 6–1 victory over Chester City.

It was the first double hat-trick by United players since Harry Johnson and Arthur Mercer helped the Blades to their record 11–2 victory over Cardiff City in 1926.
