Ah well. lost 4-1, seems game was pretty even but when you are playing a club like newton heath/matt busby/sir alex/ dame ryan giggs, the stature of that club is worth a 2 goal start to the home side.
Cue a few dodgy decisions, a strange free kick leading to a goal, an odd handball for a pen. etc. Despite all this the lads put up a fight & the breakaway goal at the finish was hardly fair on `em.
Hope the injury to Harry is ok.
Well done our youth!

I watched it on tinternet and enjoyed it.Good passing good ball control non of which we saw at the lane all season.I hope some of em get a chance next season,you can clearly see some are not strong enough yet but most should make the grade.

I wonder which ones wil be ready? Listening to people speak, they all rate different players. Take out the obvious who are already first team performers (Maguire, Slew) then you have Harriott, Long and Kennedy who have had a game. The other two that stand out for me are Elliott Whitehouse and Macfadzean, but others talk about Joe Ironside. So thats potentially 7 that could feature next season, throw in Tonne, David Macallister and we have already got some good players. We have between now and the end of August for McCabe to kick us all squarely in the bollox I remember being in Greece when finding out he had sold the two Kyles  Is there anyone I have missed? |
