Well that was a bit of a crap match. We looked pretty good at times, but our final pass was sloppy and even some first or second passes were wayward. forest were worse and apart from a run or two from the lad on the left and the bald git, they did very little. Two teams who seemed intent on giving possession away to each other.
Shows how vital Bash is to our right sided momentum and of course how Duffy is the man who can break these sort of games with his creative skill. Poor Cranie looked a little lost at times going forward. Freeman had a bit of an off day. Pre match i thought Freeman should`ve gone right centre back with Baldock in front, i`m still inclined to think that would`ve been a better fix to Basham`s loss on the day but never mind.
The pigs gave us our only smile, shame it cost us top spot, but for that we have only ourselves to blame. Duffy and Bash always make themselves available for a pass and i think our middle missed that. forest also seemed intent on knobbling Fleck from the outset
forest have a habit of playing shit and scraping a win against us and they aren`t good to watch, or hear for that matter... or smell or bloody anything.
Now for the shit of world football next friday. 4 losses in a row for them. injuries and delusion pouring out of their every orifice.... but it`s a derby owt can happen... and we do need Duffy and Bash
