Well yet another HOME team play like an away side against us, It`s not easy to penetrate a massed defence especially when our crossing was a little off the radar.

Still we dominated most of the match, had lots of half chances that wouldn`t quite fall and good chances missed, McGoldrick again was great but again shows his heading skills aren`t sometimes perfect in front of goal, always sending them a little high (sometimes in the net, sometimes disappointingly over it ), Madine and Egan should`ve got more beef onto headers too and perhaps Billy should`ve shot early twice, as should Stevens early on, but hey what a goal from the lad, care of Duffy and a thunderous finish.

Sloppy goal to concede, not sure how the first headed ball wasn`t gathered or cleared, was Hendo impeded?, no idea? brum were bugger all threat apart from the Adams Shot, which hendo seemed to have well covered, though made it look spectacular... The Jota shot was easy and the only other problem was the Cranie ricochet which brum knew nowt about.

Brum set out to restrict us, never looked like winning and only a 5 minute spell end of the first half did they look a little dangerous. It shows how far we have come that teams set out to stop us, even when they are home.

Disappointing we didn`t get the points to overhaul the dirty gets from west yorks , but we are in the mix, all tough games to go for both sides, owt can happen.

Just got to get them crosses right.. and shoot a little more and get a little of the luck leeds and norwich and the pigs get in large doses. Blimey i saw the highlights of the norfolk dingles game v. QPR, 4 goals, all gifts and shocking defending/keeping by QPR, be nice for our opponents to be as obliging

Ah yes, good point old youth !!.. i meant to add we miss Jack, the left side just doesn`t seem to connect right without him, Cranie did ok but was cutting slightly inward most times he had the ball, no surging Jack runs down the wing. It does make us look a bit lopsided without the big lad. I guess the lad from man city was meant to cover this area, but he seems to have been packed up in a box marked "a bit shit" and left in the "don`t open" cupboard since his barnet game..... He shone so much i`ve even forgotten his bloody name

Ah the very man!, er, yes i admit and i was just googling him too, he must have made a marked impression on us. Jack`s return can`t come quick enough, providing he`s fit of course.

Millwall and forest will be tough, both ugly, snotty and football free , well apart from that Lolley youth for forest who is handy.

But with jack and if we play to our true form, we should be ok.

On the plus side we are now definitely in the play offs (unless derby win about 5-0 every game from now on and we lose every game) so we can just concentrate on automatic... er, which we were anyhow ! UTB !!!
