Nice that Morgs will be having an input in the running of the team, if only for putting a gnashing of teeth ethic into us not wanting to lose. But these comments about keeping some of our senior pros are a horrible thought. We want rid of these under-performing oafs (other than quinny if he plays like the last 2 months), they have helped get us where we are today with their incompetent efforts. keeping carthorses like cressy, monty, doyle, collins, hendo etc etc is a massive backward. We are playing the likes of stevenage, rochdale * exeter instead of brum & west shitting ham because of this gaggle of gob!
From morgs... [i]"I am excited and looking forward to the new challenge. This is a fantastic opportunity to see the other side of the game."
Morgan is also optimistic that key players, who have been linked with moves away from the Lane, will decide to stay following Wilson's appointment, although he does know it all depends on circumstances:
"We had a situation last summer where the likes of Monty, Quinny and Cressy all signed new deals after I committed myself and hopefully the more experienced players will stay.
"We have to convince them that we aren't planning on staying in League One for long and we stand a better chances with those players mentioned on board. It is a challenge but ultimately they have to think about their own careers and if offers come in it comes down to individual decisions."

Yes, I had a warm feeling of shit squelching around in my drawers when I read this especially when he said Cressy! I actually thought Cressy was dead and they just put a giant subbuteo figure out there everytime he was on the team sheet!

That made me laugh out loud! ;D And I thought he was just a bollard - or is that the keeper!??

If simonsen can be likened to the agility of a bollard, and i think he can... then what is poor collins???
...an open sewer?

I thought Collins & Doyle used to be in The Professionals......then I realised it was The Profiteroles (a couple of pastries with nothing but whipped cream in the middle!)
