Nice professional performance. Drab first half, but only conceded one chance to `em and Billy had one cleared off line, that were about it !... Oh and a Besic shot a little wide.
Second half quicker tempo, 2 cracking goals, some great hold up and lay off play by Billy, unlucky not to score, more time on the pitch and he probably would have. Bash played well, Hendo had nowt to do, Jack Robinson had a few touches but nowt flash and nowt done wrong. The Millwall dungheap wasn`t a particularly nice pitch for any ball players... Luke Freeman tried lots but the strange bounce of the ball didn`t always co-operate.
Millwall were kept out easily enough second half and we could`ve stretched the lead, 2 nowt will do and it`s through to round 5. Some Blades want us to play the filth from Sheffield 6 in the next round, why?, i can`t stand `em and no doubt we`d probably put out another weakened side due to a big game a few days later.... My wish is we never play the porcine side of Sheffield again and they get relegated after their financial shenanigans to the pontefract and districts womens cobblers guild third division.
Roll on the 5th round... but a bit o` premier business to take care of first... having viewed the dire state of the millwall pitch, the millwall play and the millwall atmosphere , doesn`t the championship seem a lifetime away already !! (though no VAR was nice)
