Nice 3 points
Nasty first 8 minutes, handy next 37, that should`ve seen us 2 or 3 up, we go 2 up after the break, the ref starts to give Blackpool everything, even when there`s nowt there , Norwood is thudded in the back, ball loops to Madine and tapped in by whoever and game on, yeh thanks ref you biased little scrotebag.
A barrage of lump ball and game is over
Wes not a lot to do , a messy save early on... not a lot else. Anel fine , Clark fine, Robinson ok, Enda a bit lost, Bogle did some great things, possibly tried too much but that`s ok. Same with Berge, he was fine and a neat goal, not sure why he is a scapegoat for some. I`ve just watched Thiago for Liverpool on telly... he gave away ball about ten times, but the commentators drool over everything else he does, good or bad. Sander does well but some United fans think he should be breaking the opposition line every other minute... not his fault Blackpool's tactics, after their goal, was a lump, another lump and a fair few other lumps over the midfield.
Norwood another good game, unlucky with the headed ball with their goal. It`s Sheff Utd matey, FA rules blatantly state we should concede at least one dodgy goal per match when a situation is available for the usual shit ref to give it.
McAtee fine, grand goal, he ran further and faster than Linford Christie on ginseng . Ndiaye fine again, always a problem for the opposition, always trying summat. Billy did well enough, pressing and hassling , a couple of neat passes. shame he got nowt in the box.
Subs all ok, Not sure Jebbo had time to do owt but i keep hoping he`ll do summat to widen the eyes and get me clapping like a shitting dog. I feel sorry for the youth, Khadra too.. there`s talent there but Hecky doesn`t seem to feel it`s going to help us.
All in all 2 comfy points, made slightly more nervy than it should`ve been. Not sure what Blackpool would be like without Madine, he IS their tactic.
A jolly good run of Christmas results, now for a wonderful unbeaten 2023 for a New Years wish... Might as well think big. UTB
