Thought we`d have a tough season, but had some confidence that if we kept Ndiaye and Berge , added 3 or 4 decent buys we`d make a good show of staying up.

Ndiaye gone, Berge possibly to burnley?.... that`s burnf**kingly. a shithole in the depths of Lancashire but they have owners who spend and provide premiership wages.

Shame they are taking the Dean Smith rule of transfers. pillage The Blades from their list of targets and nick one of`em while we`re at it.

The cheap buys so far apart from young Trusty , who i think decent, is underwhelming , in fact under Underwhelming, in fact It`s like buying Danny cadamarteri , Mark Beard and Sam Piss so far.

We`re trying to get a Brazilian midfielder, sounds good but like we have the only Saudi with tuppence in bank, no doubt he`ll be the only Brazilian footballer with a club foot and a head of a silk cushion.

We`re looking at the middlesbrough lad up front, how we going to provide him with service if he signs?

On a plus side, Anel, Trusty, Egan and Baldock should provide some skill and toughness at the back and set pieces, those 4 provide the only positives so far. Add a confident McBurnie and Bogle and there`s more pronise but those 2 could go either way if we have a side lacking confidence.

Anyway, here`s hoping all falls nicely for us v. Palace and all that we buy turn out to be superstars and Traore beats the Dixie Dean record Erling Haaland fell short of last season.

palace and forest are good fixtures for a season`s start, we just need a proper team out there, shame we haven`t a proper enthusiastic owner with some proper cash.

Will players like Doyle, McAtee or Palmer at City even want to join us ? There`s a blanket of shite hanging over our first team squad at moment and even if we get new good players they`ll probably take 4 or 5 games to get up to speed with each other. that`s 4 or 5 games without points as is.

Wouldn`t it be lovely.... No i`m not about to break into a song from 'My Fair Lady', but wouldn`t it be lovely if before i enter senilty and dementia in my late years, yes i`m an old get... but wouldn`t it be bloody lovely if we had an owner, who didn`t need to force sales, an owner who didn`t need to get loans to buy anything, an owner who could afford lower premier wages and one who didn`t take the majority of prem money to pay his loans off.

an owner who doesn`t just want a good eleven on show every week, but wants a squad that is strong in all departments, non of this Kean Bryan sort of player filling in for the liks of Jack O`C.... Non of this buying on the cheap hoping for another Anel (We got lucky there)... so far we`ve had one good half from our buys , Sulimane v. derby, who lost to wigan other day....
