Despite the presence of the four flops, a satisfactory result. Danny said he played workers in the main to negate oldham. Not pretty but on this occasion effective, can`t see it working everytime with this lot though.
Happy for young Harry, aye he`ll be off in january chairman, DW says no bids received for any of the shite( not quite his words), no surprise there.
Cressy a goal, a quarter of his seasons total accomplished already, wow!!.
2-0, happy wi` that, shame rochdale let us down.

The downside being that yesterdays gig in Manchester turned out to be in Ashton, about a mile from Oldham.....I could have gone!! Oh well
Good result, job done and the first win on the opening day for about 7 years.

3 points won as we expected but if we didnt, we would have to look long and hard into the mirror eh?
Oldham Athletic? Even god on his mantle piece had to look twice at this fixture and scratch his beard!!!!!
I thought we were going to huff and puff and get nowhere. Piggy basterds winning took the gloss off.

Nearly choked on my coffee when I saw the team. Anybody getting excited at that win needs their nuts tickling. Oldham will go down. It was a no contest that only us could make even for 45! Brentford with their 2,000 fans and pace up front and out wide will be a sterner test.
