here we go then, im gona start one off for you (although there has been mention of it before so this would back it up)
driving to work this morning at around 10am, drove past train station and saw none other than dexter blackstock walking out of the station forecort
i recognised him immediately because (and im not ashamed to admit!) i spend most of my evenings on footy manager and he is one of my star players so i see his mugshot staring at me all the time
thoughts?

Maybe it`s a realisation that maybe Phiiliskirk, porter ain`t quite up there yet?. Not sure Blackstock has ever been prolific in the scoring stakes, but he`s still pretty young, tall & pacy (which of course depends on if he`s knackered from injury).
But it`s not a footballing name is it, belongs in a charles dickens novel or in the pages of Pride & prejudice...
.. " Mr. Bennet was so odd a mixture of quick parts, humour, reserve, and caprice that he was able to reappraise Jane`s betrothal to the Reverend Dexter Blackstock & indeed lavishly told the reverend to go f**k his sen"

I dont think thats true Fred, I think Porter will play today - I also think there may be a cameo for a certain someone with a big price tag over his head Philliskirk scored 2 the other night which wont have done him any harm, he is still only young. I do think we need a variety of strikers, you know? Like Warnock used to have. Losing slew means we have lost some pace. We need a striker that is pacey now to compliment the ball winners, grafters, and tricky players - like philliskirk. Makes it a little more to believe about Beattie, but we will cross that bridge when we get to it. Its always better to have options but I think these rumours will go away once Lex picks up a booking between now and huddersfield meaning we need another left back!
