what are everyones opinions on adams now?
personally i think he's the right man for the team we have whether we stay up or go down and he still has my full support and would be disappointed if he walked away

I agree. He is so upset by his record so far, but hasn't really been given a chance. He has inherited a poor team with no chance of getting in any quality. Even if we go down, I still back him. After all, St. David Bassett noted that when he first took over himself, we went down, and it was a real bow to him. But in the lower Division he got rid of the rubbish, brought in some decent players and we went up - and up! I am glad he is with Micky, too!

I have faith in him, he has inherited a poor team and hasn't had a chance to stamp his own mark on the team yet.
BUT loans like Bent don't fill me with confidence and his purchases Collins & Doyle aren't world beaters so it isn't a great start. Why other teams' cast-offs should be good enough for the Championship I don't know. I also don't think he should keep giving Cresswell so many chances whilst leaving exciting young prospects in the reserves.
All that aside though, I'm convinced he can get it right because he's done it before especially with Harry the legend at his side.

Hear, Hear, Bladder! Bent's non-scoring record of two years-plus doesn't exactly inspire us with confidence does it?

Quite a few mistakes so far but we don't know strict the constraints he's working under are.
I suspect he will walk at the end of the season though unless they're changes above him.

After today's game I've changed my mind and Adams is also too blame and if he doesn't walk at the end of the seasons he needs a gentle push.

OK, chairman, you may be right, but where do we go then? To have somebody as Manager who is also a real Blade is a plus. We can't afford a real front-line guy, where would you see us going for a new manager?

Well I'm a Blades fan so perhaps it's me. When they appointed Mickey I thought Mmm give him a chance. It was a cheap option and sometimes you got too speculate too cumulate. It maybe a case of looking at young and up coming managers.

He`s been given a bucket load of bollocks to work with and because of our lack of pulling power, as we drift toward relegation, & a stingy bloody board, he has replaced some of those bollocks with, well more bollocks.
i see Harewood was approached but he chose a cushy mid table place with barnsley over us, & that really shows how far we have fallen in the credit stakes. Micky has done ok within the bounds of McCabe's manacles, but continually playing Cresswell is a sacking offence, & although throwing on more forwards sounds attacking, having 4 or 5 on the field is only a good thing if they have a middle that can give `em chances.

I'm sorry lads, but despair is starting to set in now for me! I keep remembering how old I am, and how long I've been suffering this sort of thing with the Blades and wondering if I'll still be here when they start climbing again! Please, please, Micky - get 'em going!!!!!

Hey chairman - if the worst comes to the worst, you can have a go too! couldn't do any worse than Blackie & Robbo. (I omit Speed, I don't think he ever got to grips with it!)

I'm 75 - 25 in favour at the moment, but the more he plays people like Cresswell, the more that will drop. We're down, so let's give the kids a chance.
